Long before the entire globe was talking about vaccination, we tackled the thorny issue of “vaccine hesitancy” during a 2019 U.S. measles outbreak. Instead of trying to convince, correct or scold anti-vaxxers, we decided to fully embrace their typical talking points and create a parody anti-vaccination “lifestyle brand.” The campaign was a huge success, reaching people around the globe and, best of all, generating financial support for vaccination efforts.
